- ½ large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- ¼ to ½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 3 tbsp ghee or grass-fed butter
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Himalayan salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb. grass-fed beef
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos (or wheat-free tamari)
